J. Carver Distillery opens for tours, tastings
Public tours will begin on Saturday, June 6 and run hourly from noon to 3 p.m. The cost is $10 per person and can be booked in advance at jcarverdistillery.com. Tours will expand to include Friday afternoons beginning in July.

One of the biggest questions I've been getting from my readers and friends over the past 4 months is "What do you know about the new distillery they are building in Waconia?" Since I live within walking distance from the site and am usually on top of this type of thing, I decided that I should look into this mysterious project more closely!
