For the First Time Ever...
You may have heard of Nickle Dickle Day in Waconia. We are quite sure you have never heard of the Nicklé Dicklé Cuisine and Cocktail Event this Saturday at J. Carver Distillery. For the first time ever, you will be able to join Chef Craig and Tracy from Terra Waconia and their new food truck named “Gus” at the J. Carver Distillery Tasting Room for an evening of 4 courses of thoughtfully paired cuisine and cocktails.

During this gastronomical event, Chef Craig and Tracy will bring the freshest, most thoughtfully grown ingredients to the plate. Their menu is derived from a wide variety of products that are brought to you by dozens of small growers. Like J. Carver Distillery, they do their best to approach each day and every ingredient with curiosity and wonder. Gina Holman of J. Carver Distillery will pair classic cocktails with each course.

Join J. Carver Distillery and Terra Truck this Saturday, September 19th from 6-9 pm for an evening of relaxation and enjoying the unexpected surprises of the first ever Nicklé Dicklé Cuisine and Cocktail Event.
