Paella is a traditional dish of Spain. Flavorful calasparra rice is cooked in a huge pan of mussels, shrimp, scallops, and chorizo sausage. Served with a fresh salad and dessert.

Specialty J. Carver Cocktails will be available for purchase and created to enhance and compliment the delicious flavors of the paella.
