J. Carver Distillery welcomes you to enjoy our cocktail room for a tour and a tasting flight, or  a J. Carver specialty cocktail.

J. Carver's Friday Public Hours: 4:30-9:30 pm

Tours are available at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 and include a tasting flight.

As always on days when we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own food, order a pizza, or purchase our cheese, meat and olive trays ($10-15) or choose from our  snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2).
