Introducing Lucas Balweber, a well-loved Twin Cities dining-scene chef. Lucas is the face behind Carver County’s newest food truck, Arcane Kitchen. Served up buffet style, we'll be slingin Kalbi Braised Shortribs, Bulgogi, Fried Rice, Braised Potatoes with Carrots/ Chili Peppers and Sweet Onions, Sesame Stir Fry, a Spicy Cucumber Salad and KimChi!

The evening's special cocktail menu will feature the Red Lotus, Singapore Sling, Promiscuous Peach, and more!
