A special welcome to the crew from Bluestem Restaurant in Luverne, who will be with us for a special tour, tasting, lunch and cocktails from 11:00-1:30! Arcane Kitchen will be providing the private lunch event. 

Public Hours 2:00-8:00pm: At 2:00 we will open to the public for our typical fun Saturday of tours, tasting flights and J Carver specialty cocktails! As always on days when we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own appetizers or take-out, order a pizza, or choose from our limited snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2). 

Tours are available at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm and include a tasting flight.
