Join us for our February Cocktail Class which includes your choice of a J. Carver 375 ml bottle of our award winning spirits. Gina Holman from J. Carver Distillery will teach you some tasty new cocktail recipes using our J. Carver spirits. This is an evening you won't want to miss. The $50 ticket price includes samples of the cocktails prepared for you, light appetizers, a barrel room visit, and your choice of a J. Carver 375 ml bottle of our award winning spirits.

The cocktail class begins promptly at 6:30 pm and lasts for one hour. Doors open at 6:15 pm. Then visit the barrel room and learn about the aging process, the barrel selection and other factors that go into our J. Carver Island View Brandy, Brickyard Straight Bourbon, and Runestone Straight Rye. The cocktail room will remain open until 8:30 pm for you to relax and enjoy light appetizers. Specialty cocktails will be available for purchase.
