J. Carver's Friday Public Hours: 4:30-9:30 pm

Tours are available at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 and include a tasting flight.

As always on days when we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own food, order a pizza, or purchase our cheese, meat and olive trays ($12) or choose from our  snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2 each).
