Starting TODAY, J. Carver Distillery will be open on Sundays from noon to 5pm!

We welcome you to enjoy our cocktail room for a tour and a tasting flight, or  a J. Carver specialty cocktail. On Sundays we'll be adding some special features to the cocktail room, including a Bloody Mary menu, cribbage boards, and some surprises. 

Tours are available at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30  and include a tasting flight.

When we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own food, order a pizza, or purchase our cheese, meat and olive trays ($12) or choose from our  snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2).
