J. Carver Distillery welcomes you to enjoy our cocktail room for a tour and a tasting flight, or  a J. Carver specialty cocktail.

Saturday Public Hours: 2-8 pm

Tours are available at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm and include a tasting flight.

On days when we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own food, order a pizza, or purchase our cheese, meat and olive trays ($12) or choose from our  snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2).
