J. Carver Distillery of Waconia has recently released their barrel gin, an incredibly unique sort of pet project that has evolved into a bottle-worthy liquor.
Despite the reality of construction dust and debris, Bill Miller’s head is swimming with visions of shiny stills, oak barrels and enthusiastic customers sampling locally made gins, vodkas, whiskeys and bourbons.
Thanks to the arrival of J. Carver Distillery, the micro-distillery boom is coming to Waconia. And as reflected in its name, J. Carver Distillery promises to feature a distinct, local flavor in all aspects of its business.
